Thanks to the coordinates provided by service providers, the conditions of offers can be precisely defined. Clients searching for a care offer can easily and accurately match it to their needs.

The babysitting.support portal was designed with various user groups in mind, which is reflected in its structure, divided into four main tabs. Each tab is dedicated to a specific target group, making navigation and content customization easier for users. Below is a description of each tab and its functionalities: 1. Childcare Providers This tab is aimed at individuals offering childcare services. It allows the creation of a profile with information about experience, qualifications (e.g., pedagogical courses, references), availability, and preferred work area. Caregivers can add photos and descriptions of their services. 2. Senior Care Providers This tab is dedicated to individuals providing senior care services. It focuses on the specific needs of elderly people, such as assistance with daily activities, medical care, or companionship. It enables the creation of a profile with information about experience (e.g., work in nursing homes, first aid courses), specializations (e.g., care for individuals with dementia), and availability. 3. Seeking Care for Children or Seniors This tab is for individuals or institutions looking for caregivers for children or seniors. It allows easy posting of ads and browsing the profiles of available caregivers.

After clicking the "Search by Distance" button, a search window for the specified location appears. In the input field, enter the city, postal code, or street. Five address suggestions are displayed; if none match, enter the full address.

By clicking the left mouse button on a selected point on the map, an initial reference point is set. The address is automatically detected by the system, and further search steps proceed as with geolocation-based searching.

Searching for information about interested caregivers is done in two ways. Using the "Search by Distance" button, you select the search method. Options include searching by distance from your address or by city name or postal code. Your address is entered in the "My Menu/Geolocation" tab.

The "Caregiver Profile" is an information card about a person seeking work as a caregiver or needing care for a child or senior. This card is a webpage accessible via a browser by entering the corresponding URL. With this card, you can communicate directly with the person without going through the search process. The profile is particularly useful for caregivers or those seeking care who want to increase their online visibility.

In the first phase of account registration, after receiving the link sent to the provided email address, you must select your role. After the registration process, to obtain a geolocation point on the portal, you need to enter your address without the street [city and postal code] in the "My Data" tab.
