• Payment processing – handling transactions through the Przelewy24.pl or PayPal.com systems (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract).

• Object to data processing,

• Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The Website uses the payment systems Przelewy24.pl and PayPal.com, operated by PayPro S.A. or PayPal Holdings Inc., respectively. Payment data (e.g., card number) are processed directly by the payment operator, in accordance with their privacy policy available at www.przelewy24.pl for PayPro S.A. or www.paypal.com for PayPal Inc. The Controller does not have access to this data.

The user may subscribe to the newsletter by providing their email address and consenting to receive commercial information. The subscription process includes:

• Filling out the form on the Website,
• Confirming consent to data processing for marketing purposes.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter: The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link located in the footer of each message or by contacting us at rodo@imetroll.com. After unsubscribing, the user’s data will no longer be processed for marketing purposes.
